New World Attends the 9th CBW Symposium in Gothenburg, Sweden

Gothenburg, Sweden - New World this week met with the international nuclear, biological, and chemical (NBC) community here at the 9th Symposium on Protection against Chemical and Biological Warfare Agents to review the latest advancements in NBC technology.
New World attendees, Dr. Carl Pates and Jeremy Martin, discussed the company’s experiences in Collective Protection (ColPro) system integration and product development with scientists, engineers, and program managers from military and commercial organizations spanning Britain, Finland, Japan, Australia, and beyond. Constructive discussions were had with regard to the implementation and integration of current and future technologies into comprehensive ColPro systems for buildings, ships, shelters and vehicles designed to better protect the deployed warfighter as well as first-responders and civilians on the home front.
The triennial symposium, held from 22-25 May at the Svenska-Massan Swedish Convention Center, featured delegates, speakers and exhibitors from businesses and government agencies from across Europe, Asia and the Americas focused on the advancement of NBC protection technology and research.
