TeamWorkBook serves as a document repository for project activity. By sharing files and posting discussions to their TeamWorkBook, members build a collection of information. Each contribution can be shared with all or access can be limited to subgroups or individuals.
With a simple click, members can automatically send email notifications with a link to their newly-created document to other team members.

TeamWorkBook is hosted on a Lotus Domino web server using industry standard 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect both uploaded and downloaded data.
Members are provided a unique user name and password for site access. Only project team members have access to their TeamWorkBook.
